What's For Dinner? #4
It's a budget friendly week!
Happy Sunday! We had a productive day, I did about 6 loads of laundry and tackled two closets I wanted to organize. Went to a soccer game. Built our new coffee table. Meal prepped and ordered groceries. Phew.
Cheesy Beans & Rice: We are starting things off with a Tex-Mex Sunday night…. we all love this one pot Cheesy Beans & Rice and I serve it with tortilla chips. The kids also like to make burritos with the leftovers! I’m sipping a margarita while this is on the oven as I type!
Ham & Cheese Sliders: This is unexpected for a weeknight and I know my kids will be excited to eat sliders! Also affordable and quick! I’ll probably make a salad to have on the side.
Cottage Cheese Alfredo Pasta Bake: I’m trying a new recipe that is packed with protein. I’ll do a side of broccoli.
Scorched Rice Loaded Chicken Gyro Bowls: This is another new recipe! I’ll just bake my chicken in a glass dish and let my kids assemble their own bowls.
Sweet Potato & Black Bean Burrito Bowls: This is a simple go-to that everyone can build for themselves.
Have a good week!
